Welcome to Merrymount Property Owner Association's website!
Merrymount is a residential subdivision located on the Virginia-North Carolina border on beautiful Lake Gaston. Lake Gaston features some 20,000 acres of water and some 350 miles of shoreline. Merrymount was developed in 1996 by Warren Land Company on the south side of the lake, on the west side of Hawtree Creek.

This website is maintained by the Merrymount Property Owners Association and is a service to the families who live here or expect to live here soon. Merrymount is an active community, there are many social events through out the year. The Property Owners Association is made up of elected officials from the community, in addition there are Architectural, Planning, Social, and Audit committies made up of selected volenteers from the community. there is also a neighborhood watch. There is plenty of activities to get involved in or you can just relax and enjoy lake life.
